SUP 101: Core Skills

In this half-day class, you’ll learn the core strokes and safety skills to take your paddling to the next level.  Perfect for novices or new SUP owners!

SUP Yoga Calm

1 Hour, 15 Minutes

Find your balance in our SUP Yoga Calm class!  Participants will participate in a 1-hour yin style yoga session on paddleboards that emphasizes slow stretching and meditation.  No prior SUP or yoga experience required!
