Our programs include all the equipment you need to safely enjoy your time on the water.

KAYAK CLASSES
Join one of our kayak or SUP classes and build the skills and confidence to safely paddle our region’s waterways. Our courses feature small class sizes, include all the equipment you need, and are taught by ACA-certified paddlesports instructors.
Recreational Paddling
Just the basics for recreational paddlers! This short class is the perfect way to get introduced to recreational kayaking on flat water.

Sea Kayak Essentials
Our full-day class for those who want to learn to safely enjoy coastal waters in light winds and small wavesusing a narrower, faster sea kayak.
6 hours
Wind Waves & Weather
Use the skills you learned in Sea Kayak Essentials and practice them in more exposed conditions with winds up to 15 knots and waves to 2ft.

Erie Islands Experience
Plan a day trip in the Erie Islands, contend with weather, waves, and traffic, as well as practice rescues in more challenging conditions.

Kayak Rolling 1 & 2
Our Kayak Rolling I and II clinics help you to learn to use body, boat, blade in conjunction to perform the ultimate self-rescue: the kayak roll.

Private Lessons
If you prefer individualized instruction or want to learn a specialized skill, private lessons are available for one-on-one or small group instruction.

STANDUP PADDLEBOARD (SUP) CLASSES
Whether you want to paddle for fitness or fun (or both), paddle-boarding is a fantastic way to get out on the water. Our SUP classes focus on the footwork, paddle strokes, and safety skills necessary to safely enjoy your SUP experience.
All courses come with a properly sized SUP, paddle, leash, and inflatable waistpack or life jacket.
What’s SUP?
Want to find out more about standup paddleboarding? This 1 hour intro is the perfect way to get started! After a brief lesson, you get to keep the board for another 1 hr rental.
SUP 101
This course is for those interested in the fundamentals of paddleboarding. You’ll learn how to move the board forward, backwards, and sideways.
